Breaking Open to Blossom

May this message find you exactly where you need to be, arriving with perfect timing. These are words I wrote for myself to soothe my soul, and I trust they will resonate deeply with whatever you are currently navigating. I've been navigating a profound transformational landscape, a journey into the depths where deeper truths and realizations have surfaced. It feels like a powerful blossoming, an emergence unfolding. Yet, as we know, before a blossom emerges it must first break open...

Fear: Excitement without Breath

This transformative process I'm walking through feels extraordinary, unlike anything I've encountered before. The depths of despair, the sharp edges of pain, the whispers of doubt, and the weight of fear have all risen to the surface. I've experienced the full spectrum – from the abyss of fear to the soaring heights of excitement, and every nuance in between. I then remember that fear and excitement carry the same vibrational frequency, only fear is excitement without breath. Throughout this intense period, I've found myself drawing upon the very tools and wisdom I share with my clients. Interestingly, while I hold unwavering vision and faith for them amidst their own transformations, a parallel process within myself has evoked a different landscape of emotions. Perhaps it’s the intimacy of our own journey that amplifies the intensity.

The Fertile Dark

Consider the seed. It is planted in the rich, dark earth, enveloped in shadow. Before it can sprout and reach for the light, it must first break open. This is the profound truth for us too. If you find yourself in a place of darkness and uncertainty, please know that this is often by divine design – a fertile ground for your next becoming.

Falling Apart or Falling Together: The Depth of Becoming

There is an inherent depth and undeniable power in your journey of becoming. Transformation is a profound process. It can indeed feel as though everything you've known is falling away, triggering those familiar feelings of insecurity and vulnerability.

What Feels Like Destruction is Actually Liberation

Everything you've known is shifting, and while this can feel destabilizing, even destructive, its ultimate purpose is to set you free. This is an integral part of your reclamation, your journey into becoming your truest self. What felt familiar and "comfortable" was perhaps a container you have now outgrown. True growth rarely blossoms in the realm of constant comfort. If you feel uncomfortable, take heart – it is often a potent sign of expansion. The process may not always be easy or beautiful, but the masterpiece you become through it is extraordinary.

The Power of Reframing

Perspective is everything. When I succumb to the belief that everything is falling apart, I descend into doubt, fear, and shame. However, when I consciously choose to trust the divine plan, when I have faith that it is all falling together in ways I may not yet see, I am met with excitement, inspiration, and a deep sense of surrender.

Anthesis: The Bud Breaks

Like the bursting forth of a bud, growth is a cyclical process of expansion and necessary breaking open – a liberation of what was held tight. While it may feel like you're breaking, trust the process and know that you're not breaking, you're becoming. You're breaking free from all that once limited and defined you. There are moments when it feels as though everything familiar is dissolving, when the foundations you once knew no longer feel solid. Your very sense of self might feel elusive. Know that this is a normal part of the transformation and evolution of your soul.

Outgrowing the Container

In my own life, I have come to a fundamental truth: plant yourself where you will truly thrive. The discomfort you are feeling, that inner nudge, is often your soul gently guiding you towards something more expansive, something beyond than what you currently know. The discomfort only amplifies as you grow and expand, until you choose to free yourself from the container.

Becoming You: The Blossoming

It is time to blossom into the beauty that is YOU.
