We are living in an accelerated time. Science has literally proven that the Earth is spinning faster — a complete rotation was recently clocked in at less than the “normal” 24 hours. Collectively, we are experiencing monumental transformation unlike anything we’ve ever seen before.

At its core, stress is the body’s way of coding you for survival.
