This Is Your Threshold Moment

I have been sitting in contemplation with the energy of this time, and one word keeps surfacing to capture its essence: Threshold.

What a Threshold Is

A threshold signifies transition, the edge of a beginning — and that is precisely what we are navigating, personally and collectively. June is a threshold month. Each day is its own threshold, waiting to be crossed, if we choose to meet it.

Threshold moments rarely announce themselves. In the moment, they can feel subtle, even insignificant. But they carry deep power. They are the moments that quietly redirect the entire trajectory of a life — shaping both identity and reality long after the moment itself has passed.

Embodying a New Identity

I am in my own threshold moment right now. What feels almost too on-the-nose is that I recently hired a mentor specifically for a Threshold Experience — examining every area of my life: appearance, style, persona, environment, business, relationships, where I'm aligned and where I'm not.

Stepping into a new identity means letting go of an old one — the version of you that got you here, so the version who can get you there has room to exist. And as you do, expect the old version of you to surface and try to keep you exactly where you are. That resistance isn't a sign to stop. It's a sign you're at the threshold.

The Messy Middle

Most of us want the change, the desire fulfilled, the dream realized — far fewer are willing to do what the process actually requires: face ourselves, and stay committed even when nothing seems to be happening. The middle is disorienting by design.

Deciding to change is exhilarating. Living inside the messy middle is exhausting. And the transformation on the other side is extraordinary. It is the struggle itself — the doubt, the fear, the limiting beliefs, the temptation to quit — that builds the strength, power, and wisdom the transformation actually requires.

Change Happens Now

Most of us wait for something to happen before we change. The more empowering path is remembering that we hold the power to decide — and that now is the only moment that has ever existed. The future you keep waiting for becomes the present the moment it arrives. So take the step you're being called to take, now. One now-moment at a time, your life transforms.

Time vs. Timing

Time, as we've come to know it, is linear — a construct built to keep us inside a predictable reality. A threshold moves beyond that. Change doesn't require time. It requires trust — trust in the decision, and trust in the path that follows it.

Timing is different from time. Timing isn't fixed; it moves like a spiral. It doesn't ask for a deadline — it asks for a frequency match. Timing happens on the Universe's terms, not the mind's.

Trust the Timing

Trust your timing. Trust your path. Choosing to change your health, your body, your life takes courage — and what you're facing right now is part of your path of mastery, not a detour from it.

This is your threshold moment. What will you choose to transform?
